Rob Snyder, Co-Founder – Stream Energy (Parent company of Ignite)

Rob Snyder is a co-founder of the firm and, since its inception during August 2004, has served as Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the consolidated Stream Energy limited partnership structure.

Since 2002, Rob has also served as co-Managing Partner of Infrastructure Development Partners LLC (a Houston-based project development firm) and from 1995 through 2006 also functioned as Managing Director of SnyderCapital Corporation (a private equity firm located in Dallas controlled by the Snyder family). During 1992 through 1994, Rob was employed as Vice President – Corporate Development of SnyderGeneral Corporation (a multinational air conditioning & air quality control company) and prior thereto was an associate attorney from 1989-1992 with the Manhattan office of the Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson law firm in the practice of transactional law.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame (where he also was a member of its men's intercollegiate soccer program) as well as Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Following his graduate studies, he further served as Law Clerk to Justice Andrew G.T. Moore II of the Supreme Court of Delaware for its 1988-89 term.

Dave Wentz, CEO – USANA Health Sciences

Dave Wentz is chief executive officer of USANA Health Sciences, a nutritional supplement manufacturer. Under his leadership, USANA has nearly quadrupled its net sales from $134 million in 2002 to $518 million in 2010. In January 2009 he was named one of America's Powerful CEOs 40 and Under by Forbes.com. His focus on providing an exceptional workplace for employees worldwide led to Outside magazine naming USANA to its Best Places to Work list for the past three years.

Dave is the New York Times best-selling author of The Healthy Home, which he wrote with his father, USANA Founder Dr. Myron Wentz. He lives with his family in Park City, Utah, where he enjoys playing goalie for his indoor soccer team, skydiving, mountain biking, and skiing Utah's famous powder.

Nick Sarnicola, Co-Founder – ViSalus Sciences

Nick Sarnicola is entering his 15th year in Network Marketing at the age of only 32. Recruited into direct sales right out of high school, he has spent 11 of those in the field and four of those as a company manager. He is the Co-Founder of Visalus Sciences, LLC and served as its Chief Sales Officer for the company's first four years.

When the company was at rock bottom and had just recreated itself, Nick chose to 'bet it all' and resign. He left his corporate role, all of his guarantees as a manager of the company, and signed back up in his own company as a distributor to set out to prove the model. With not one active distributor placed underneath him he created a sales organization in two countries that does $30 million/month in sales just 24 months later.

He is known for creating models, language, and systems for sales organizations as well as a leadership style that is servant driven yet fun, young, and aggressive at the same time.

Sheila Marcello, VP Marketing – ACN

Sheila Marcello has extensive experience in marketing, product development and management, specifically in high tech sectors. She received her MBA from Syracuse University in International Marketing. Sheila joined ACN 8 years ago and is the Vice President of Marketing and Product for North America. She is the driving force behind ACN's brand management, new and ongoing marketing programs and ACN-branded product development. During her tenure, ACN secured the personal endorsement of Donald J. Trump and has grown to become the largest direct seller of telecommunications and essential services in the world.

Carl Daikeler – CEO, Beachbody
