Event Summary

More than 200 direct selling executives convened in Dallas, TX, on March 27, 2009, to learn how to keep their messages fresh and relevant during challenging times. Executives from some of the most successful companies in the industry educated those in attendance on how to focus a company’s message, including what tools to use and how to ensure they fit.

Executives from more than 90 companies, including Jafra, 4Life, Beauticontrol, World Ventures and Ameriplan, as well as newly-launched Eiro Research and XBFit Energy, attended this VPU. Seven of the industry’s top performers shared strategies that have resulted in their remarkable growth, emphasizing the need to return to the basics and focus on delivering a consistent corporate message.

VPU highlights included an interactive messaging workshop and panel discussion on personal development, hosted by Darren Hardy, Publisher of Success Magazine. New York Times bestselling author and noted speaker Stedman Graham received a standing ovation for his discussion on personal responsibility and professional development, including his Nine-Step Success Process for personal success.
